How to have motivation?

I think I created my own joke of the day today, and the joke's on me. Hahaha!

Was teaching my P2 and P3 kiddos just now. And on 2 separate occasions, I told them this ,"...dunno? dunno then must try wad! If you just say you dunno and dun try then you'll forever dunno!!"

HAHAHA!!! I immediately stopped myself teaching to the class for a brief moment. I stifled a laugh and some tears. I tried so hard myself but in the end I myself also dunno, and might never know... And how am I supposed to teach my own students this value? When countless times of trying reaps no rewards? How to convince them and myself?
